A: For UK mainland addresses, delivery is £5.95. For Isalnds & Highlands the price varies and is automatically calculated when you select your delivert destination. If you live on the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Channel Islands, please make sure you select this as your country. If you select Unitid Kingdom, your order will be delayed while we contact your for the correct delivery charge.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order
A: We usually process and dispatch orders within a couple of days. Depending on your location your items will be sent by 24 or 48 courier service.
Q: How do I pay for my order
A: Payment is made online via our dedicated secure payment system which you access via the "checkout" page on this website. We accect all major credit cards (except American Express) and Switch/Maestro.

A: We hold huge stocks. However, from time to time we do run out of stock of some items. When this happens we'll contact you with the expected delivery date, offer you an alternative or a refund.

A: All goods are checked before despatch, but In the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of signing for the goods, giving details of the damaged items. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched and the damaged goods to be collected free of charge.

A: We operate from UK based warehouses, so we don't need to pay for a lot of fancy shop fittings. All this saves us money without compromising on the quality of the product.We also operate several different online shops so we can negotiate low delivery rates. This allows us to pass these savings on to you.

A: All our products are hand made from natural materials so the sizes shown are approximate and should be used for guidence only.

a: We don't publish a catalogue because our product range changes with new items being added all the time. Everything we sell is available to view and buy online.
